1. Who we are
bootbib.com is run by No More Boots AB, Swedish company registration number 559027-6647, Storgatan 52B, 831 33 Östersund, Sweden ("we", "us"). You can reach us at hello@bootbib.com.
These terms apply when you buy from us as a consumer. They don't limit any rights you have under the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.
2. Orders
When you place an order you get an order confirmation by email. The purchase agreement is formed when we send that confirmation. We may cancel an order if a product turns out to be out of stock, if the price was clearly wrong, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel, we refund everything you paid.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are in euro (EUR) and include VAT. For deliveries within the EU, VAT is charged at the rate of the country the order is delivered to. For deliveries to Switzerland, no EU VAT is charged. Swiss import VAT and a handling fee may be charged by the carrier on delivery. Shipping costs are shown before you pay.
You can pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and the other methods shown at checkout. Payments are handled securely by our payment providers – we never see or store your full card details.
4. Delivery
We ship to the EU and Switzerland. See our shipping policy for costs and delivery times. Risk for the goods passes to you when you, or someone you have named, receives them.
5. Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. How it works, and the cancellation form, are in our return policy.
6. Faulty goods (complaints)
If a product is faulty, you have the right to complain under the consumer law of your country. Under Swedish law you can complain about faults that existed at delivery for up to three years after you received the goods. Contact us at hello@bootbib.com within a reasonable time after you notice the fault – two months is always considered reasonable. We'll repair or replace the product, or refund you, and pay reasonable return costs for faulty goods.
7. Liability
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as strikes, natural disasters or disruptions at carriers. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law does not allow it to be limited, or your rights as a consumer.
8. Personal data
We handle your personal data as described in our privacy policy.
9. Intellectual property
Boot Bib®, our logos, product designs, texts and images belong to No More Boots AB and may not be used without our permission.
10. Disputes
If you're not happy, contact us first – we'll do our best to sort it out. If we can't agree, you can turn to Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (ARN), the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes, Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm, www.arn.se. We follow ARN's recommendations. These terms are governed by Swedish law. If you live in another country, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of that country and can take a dispute to the courts where you live.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The terms that apply to your order are the ones published when you placed it.
